By accessing or using TableCo by Pixel Array, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Pixel Array provides a cloud-based seating chart and kiosk provisioner. We provide this software "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee that the software will be free of interruptions, errors, or technical glitches during live events.

3. Payments & Refunds

Fees for event activation are non-refundable once the event key has been generated and activated. By paying for access, you are purchasing a license to use the software for a specific event instance.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you input (guest names, etc.) complies with all local privacy laws and regulations. You may not use this software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, designs, and branding associated with Pixel Array are the exclusive property of Pixel Array.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Array shall not be held liable for any damages—including loss of data or business disruption—resulting from the use of our software. Test your event setup thoroughly before your live date.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
