Engagements are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Written quotes set scope, inclusions, crew call times, and technical specifications; acceptance constitutes agreement to payment milestones, cancellation and postponement fees as stated on the quote, and reasonable directions on site. Hire of equipment and labour is on a dry-hire / operated basis as agreed; loss, damage, or unauthorised reconfiguration may be charged at replacement or reinstatement cost. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected deliverables except where non-excludable under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy policy
We collect personal and business information only as needed to quote, contract, deliver productions, process payments (including through Stripe), and meet legal obligations, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Data is stored securely, shared only with subcontractors who need it for your event, and retained only as long as operational or legal requirements demand. Return policy
Hired equipment must be returned on the agreed date, in the same condition as supplied (fair wear excepted), with all cases, cables, and accessories accounted for. Late return or missing items may incur additional hire days or replacement charges per the rental agreement. For production services, deposits and pre-purchased blocks are applied to delivered work; refunds or credits for unused portions, weather or client-driven cancellations, are handled strictly according to the schedule attached to your invoice or contract.
